Everett Walter Vanden Eeden

June 2, 1949 - January 17, 2021

Everett Walter Vanden Eeden passed away peacefully at Wellspan York Hospital, at 1:36 am on January 17, 2021, at the age of 71. Born to John Cyril Vanden Eeden and Jane Isabella (Ortlip), on June 2, 1949, in Pottstown Hospital. Everett is survived by his beloved wife of 15 years, Louisa N. (Asare), his six children: Dawn Lynn Vanden Eeden, Diane Lynn- married to Brian Kocher, Michele Katherine- married to Christopher Lederer, Jonathan Everett, Christopher Walter, and Nicole Rochelle; ten grandchildren, Gaven, Kayla, Mercy, Victoria, Alex, Jordis, Jacob, Kieran, Sophia and Owen; and two brothers, Richard and David. During Everett's teen years he was welcomed into the home of Jean and John Ackerman with sons, John, Thomas and Timothy, who became his family as well. Everett was preceded in death by three siblings, John, Alexander and Jennifer. He served in the U.S. Army as Forward Observer in the Central Highlands of Vietnam. Everett was introduced to Denturitry by his “mom” Jean Ackerman and became a Denturist in 1970; later it became his passion. He owned a denture practice in York, PA, held many degrees and earned his Doctorate. In 1981, Everett became one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and zealously engaged in the ministry, preaching and teaching, even learning to speak Vietnamese so that he could share his beliefs with as many people as possible. He lived to help others. Everett loved everyone and was loved by all. He was a good listener, kind, loving, entertaining and hard working and will be greatly missed.
