Edward H. Dillman

Edward H. Dillman, 69, died Saturday, February 5, 2022. He was married to Carolyn (Church) Eck Dillman for 21 years. Ed was born April 24, 1952 in Gettysburg. He was the son of the late Charles and Cecelia Dillman. Ed served in the U.S. Army Reserves for 6 years. He retired from Weis Markets in 2017. Ed was a member of Eastminster Presbyterian Church. In addition to his wife, he is survived by 2 daughters, Melissa Hendrix of Ohio and Stephanie Gibson of Florida and his grandchildren, Nathan and Logan Hendrix of Ohio and Reese and Olivia Gibson of Florida. He is also survived by his step sons, Brian J. Eck and Kevin J. Eck both of York; his step grandchildren, Riley and Rorey Eck of York; and his siblings, Dave in Florida and Fred and Juanita in Pennsylvania. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. at the Etzweiler Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, 1111 E. Market Street, York with the Rev. Joshua D. Gill, his pastor, officiating. Burial will follow the service in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held on Saturday from 1:00-1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
