Barbara A. Timmons, born April 29, 1937, went to be with the Lord Sunday, May 29, 2022. Barbara is preceded in death by her husband Walter Timmons of Canton, Ohio, her brother James Proffit and parents Virginia and Durward Proffit of Canton and daughter Debra Ruskavich of Florida. Barbara is survived by her sister Nancy Cross of Canton, Ohio; son David Lockhart and his wife Mila, 2 daughters Michelle Bevaqua of Florida and Lori Griffiths and her husband Jeffrey of Texas; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Barbara loved her family, cooking and crafting but most of all the Lord. Barbara was a long-term resident of Stony Brook apartments where her and her late husband Walt made many friends. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 10, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Eastside Bible Church, 1035 Adams Road, Wrightsville, PA. A private burial will be held at a later date at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
